The Duncan Centre Theatre
A modern studio
theatre
is situated in the buildings of the Duncan Centre Conservatory.
The composition
of the Duncan Centre Conservatory's theatre
programme attempts to introduce interesting projects from
the field of Czech, Slovak and the world scene of contemporary
dance and dance theatre to the public. Premieres of
projects
and year-end works of the Duncan Centre Conservatory's students
are regularly presented
here. The Conservatory's graduates,
dancers and choreographers, who perform here during the year,
also then organize seminars with students. The Duncan Centre
conservatory has been a stable setting for the
Festival
of Dance Theatre since 1994 and
since 2000 for
programmes under the title Con Tempo.
